FastMaint offers a variety of reports many of which can be customized to your needs. Especially useful is the one page Statistics report that you can use to find pending work orders, which equipment needs most work and compare performance with prior periods.
Track and estimate labor costs, material costs and inventory needs. Define global or individual working calendars with days off and holidays. Detect schedule conflicts and reduce overtime costs. Plan maintenance for any given period, email or print work orders and collect feedback. Use work order history to find problem patterns and more.
FastMaint comes with a built-in Microsoft Jet (Access) database so many third party tools such as report writers, data extraction utilities and so on can extract information and integrate with it. Microsoft Access is not needed to use FastMaint.
FastMaint CMMS Professional adds additional features such as multi-user support, processing of emailed work order updates from technicians and a fast feedback feature that allows maintenance personnel to quickly identify and update pending work orders. Plus one has the option of using Microsoft SQL Server for your maintenance database.
FastMaint CMMS Web is the web browser based version of FastMaint CMMS that can be hosted on its built-in web server OR on Microsoft's Internet Information Server. It too has the option of using Microsoft SQL Server for your maintenance database.
